Es una reunión inesperada. Distinta a todas las celebradas por esta misma fecha. Esta es especial por muchos motivos. Soy feliz y estoy contento, deseoso de comunicar a todos los presentes la gran noticia que anunciaré en unos instantes. Después del día infernal que tuvimos ayer, éste es el mejor colofón para mi cumpleaños. Por primera vez en mucho tiempo, me alegro de celebrar este día.

- Amigos, ayer tuvimos Ros y yo un día complicado que me hizo pensar en muchas cosas. Cuando estábamos perdidos por esos mundos de Dios, tratando de regresar a casa, y después de haber salido sanos y salvos de nuestro accidente, me dio por pensar en todo lo que de valor tengo en la vida. No me estoy refiriendo a mi situación económica, sino en la riqueza que poseo al tener una familia como la que tengo. Agradezco a mis padres la lucha para conducirme de una manera recta en la vida y sé que a veces no fue fácil. Les agradezco por haberme dado unos hermanos, a los que adoro, y que jamás habría pensado tener. A todos ellos, gracias.
A mi lado está una mujer incomparable, única, que me robó el corazón nada más conocerla: Anastasia Rose Steele. La he pedido que se case conmigo, y me ha respondido que SI...
